About Us:

ipshopy.com is a fast-growing eCommerce multi-seller platform that empowers businesses and individuals to sell their products online. We are looking for a Seller/Dealer Relationship Manager to strengthen our seller and dealer network, ensure smooth onboarding and drive growth for our registered partners. This role will involve both office-based tasks and field visits to meet sellers and dealers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with registered sellers and dealers.
  • Conduct field visits to meet potential and existing sellers/dealers for onboarding and support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for seller/dealer inquiries, concerns and escalations.
  • Assist sellers with product listing, catalog management and promotions.
  • Train and guide sellers on platform usage, policies and best practices.
  • Work closely with telecalling & sales teams to onboard new sellers and dealers.
  • Identify seller challenges and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them.
  • Ensure seller satisfaction and retention by providing continuous support.
  • Track seller performance and suggest strategies for sales growth.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on seller engagement, field activities and performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Graduate (Preferred: MBA, BCA, BCS, or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms & seller management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally for field work and seller meetings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively and meet targets.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in seller management / dealer coordination / eCommerce sales support (preferred).
