Position Description At NTCPL, we are primarily engaged in providing onboarding and integration services to the sellers who wish to list and sell their products on e-commerce marketplace. Seller Growth team will be responsible for identifying high growth potential Sellers, onboard them or upsell them on specialized products which can help grow their business at faster pace. This team will also work with the Sellers to plan their advertising spends, customer offers and other relevant inputs which can accelerate Sellers business growth on the e-commerce marketplace. We are looking for seasoned Seller Growth Lead, responsible for leading a high performing team responsible for identification, onboarding and growth of high potential Sellers on the marketplace. An ideal candidate comes from Brand and Distributor account management background, can thrive in new ambiguous environments where they can develop businesses from scratch, implement account level strategies and iterate growth plans to deliver success for the Sellers. This person will also be responsible for onboarding & account managing some of the high potential Sellers. Job Description Identify Potential Leads Scout, qualify and generate leads of high potential Sellers who can offer desirable selection at better pricing for the customers Pitch & Onboard Sellers Pitch benefits of the e-commerce solution and onboard high potential Sellers to sell on e-commerce marketplace Upsell to Drive Business Growth – Use data insights to identify potential Sellers and upsell suitable e-commerce solutions which can help Sellers grow their online business Manage Sellers to Drive Growth – Work closely with the Sellers to provide Selection, Channel & Promotional inputs to grow their business Leverage the Events – Provide promotional and customer offer inputs to the Sellers, help them manage inventory to better leverage events organized by the e-commerce marketplace Consult for Growth - Build relationship with Sellers and consult them on all the inputs critical for their business growth on e-commerce platform Basic Qualification Bachelor’s/Master’s degree 4-5 Years of B2B Sales experience preferably with high potential accounts 1-2 Years of team management experience Experience in e-commerce Seller Acquisition or Account Management teams will be preferred Clicktech and New Trends Commerce are equal opportunities employers.
