Selenium Automation Tester

As an Automation Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium and Java. Your role will involve executing test cases, analyzing results, and ensuring that product functionality and performance meet the required standards. You will need to identify, report, and troubleshoot defects in coordination with the development team. Collaborating within cross-functional teams to maintain product quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) will be crucial. Additionally, you will be expected to design and maintain automation frameworks for scalable testing, perform database validations, and conduct cloud-based testing. Participation in test planning, estimation, and review activities is also part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java. - Execute test cases, analyze results, and ensure product functionality and performance meet standards. - Identify, report, and troubleshoot defects in coordination with the development team. - Collaborate within cross-functional teams to maintain product quality throughout the SDLC. - Design and maintain automation frameworks for scalable testing. - Perform database validations and cloud-based testing. - Participate in test planning, estimation, and review activities. Qualification Required: - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Selenium with Java automation testing. - Strong Java programming and test script development skills. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and database testing (SQL/NoSQL). - Proficiency in designing and maintaining automation frameworks (POM, Hybrid, or Data-Driven). - Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and testing methodologies. - Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. - Certifications in Selenium, Java, or Cloud Testing are an added advantage.
