Job Title: Siebel Senior Developer

Locations : Hyderabad & Bangalore

Experience: 6 - 10 years

JOB SUMMARY: The Siebel Senior Developer is responsible for the design, configuration, customization, and support of Oracle Siebel CRM applications. This role involves hands-on technical development across multiple Siebel modules and ensuring solution quality, scalability, and performance. The developer collaborates with architects, business analysts, and testers to deliver high-quality CRM solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:  

1. Siebel Development & Customization - Develop and customize Siebel objects including Applets, Views, Business Components, Business Objects, and Workflows. - Configure Siebel Tools for requirements such as scripting, UI configuration, and integration. - Implement Siebel eScript, browser scripts, and server components. - Develop Siebel Workflows and Business Services as per functional specifications. 

2. Integration & Data Management - Implement and support integrations using Siebel EAI, EIM, and Web Services. - Develop and troubleshoot inbound/outbound integrations with middleware and external 

systems. - Perform data migrations and load activities using EIM and SQL scripts. 

3. Performance & Quality Assurance - Conduct unit testing and peer code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards. - Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize queries and configurations. - Support UAT, SIT, and regression testing cycles. 

4. Maintenance & Support - Provide production support for Siebel applications, resolving defects and incidents. - Collaborate with functional teams for issue triage and root-cause analysis. - Participate in Siebel upgrades, patches, and enhancements. 

5. Collaboration & Documentation - Work closely with architects, analysts, and project managers to ensure timely delivery. - Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and test evidence. - Contribute to continuous improvement of development standards and frameworks. 

Required Skills and Qualifications: -

6–10 years of experience in Siebel CRM development. - Strong proficiency in Siebel Tools, Siebel Configuration, Workflow, and Scripting. - Hands-on experience with Siebel EAI, EIM, and Web Services (SOAP/REST). - Experience in Siebel Open UI development and customization. - Good knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL. - Experience in performance tuning, deployment, and environment management. - Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and DevOps tools. - Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. 

Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. - Oracle Siebel Certified Consultant certification preferred. - Experience with Siebel IP2017+ versions and Web Tools. - Exposure to integration with Salesforce or other cloud CRM systems. - Domain experience in Banking, Telecom, or Public Sector is an advantage.
