We’re Hiring – Segment Manager (B2B Sales & Distribution Management), Hyderabad Region
We are looking for a driven and strategic Segment Manager to lead our B2B Sales & Distribution initiatives in the Hyderabad region.
The ideal candidate will bring strong market understanding, channel development experience, and a passion for delivering business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Drive B2B sales growth in the assigned segment
🔹 Manage distributor networks & ensure seamless channel operations
🔹 Build strong relationships with key accounts and partners
🔹 Identify market opportunities & execute territory-wise strategies
🔹 Lead sales planning, forecasting & performance tracking
🔹 Ensure compliance, collection, and execution excellence at the ground level
Who We’re Looking For:
✔ 4–8 years of B2B sales or distribution management experience
✔ Strong market understanding of Telangana/AP preferred
✔ Proven ability to manage channel partners & drive targets
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills
