Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Team Lead at Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty. The Security Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the hotels security operations, ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring security systems, conducting regular security assessments, coordinating with other departments, and leading a team of security personnel. This role is based in Kochi.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
