Job Title: Security Supervisor Department & Location: Security / Sayali Qualification: Graduate Experience: 2-3 Years Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 Shifts: 2 Shifts (12 Hours) Job Overview: We are looking for a Security Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of the premises. The ideal candidate should have experience in security operations, surveillance monitoring, and maintaining security records. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Regularly patrol premises to maintain order and establish security presence ✔ Maintain Material Inward register, Manpower & Visitor register ✔ Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property ✔ Identify and remove trespassers or unauthorized individuals ✔ Secure all exits, doors, and windows after operational hours ✔ Check CCTV surveillance periodically for security breaches ✔ Investigate any suspicious activities or security concerns ✔ Respond to alarms and assess the situation ✔ Assist people in need and handle emergency situations ✔ Apprehend and detain perpetrators as per legal protocol before authorities arrive ✔ Submit daily security reports of surveillance activities and incidents ✔ Basic computer knowledge is required for record-keeping What We’re Looking For: ✔ 2-3 years of security experience in an industrial or commercial setup ✔ Strong observational and problem-solving skills ✔ Ability to work in 12-hour rotational shifts ✔ Basic computer skills for security documentation Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Growth opportunities in the security department Work in a structured and professional environment Apply Now!
