Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at KISCOL GRAND HOTEL. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in security management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.
Develop and implement effective security protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and incidents.
Conduct regular security audits and inspections to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of security measures.
Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of security incidents and reports.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of security principles and practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with fire safety and emergency response procedures.
Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
