The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all security operations to ensure the safety and security of the property, staff, and guests. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of security staff. Monitor surveillance systems and patrol hotel premises regularly. Handle incidents, emergencies, and security breaches efficiently. Maintain daily security reports and logs. Ensure compliance with safety and security policies. Train and guide new security personnel. Coordinate with local authorities in case of emergencies or inspections. Enforce access control and check credentials of visitors and vendors. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively. Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures. Physically fit and alert.
