Location: Near Bhilad, Gujarat
Industry: Non-Ferrous Metal (Greenfield Project)
Experience: 8–10 years in industrial security (preferably with military or sports training background)
Qualification: Any graduate or equivalent with relevant security experience

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and disciplined Security Head to lead and manage all aspects of site security and safety 24x7. The candidate will ensure protection of people, assets, materials, and information at our greenfield industrial project near Bhilad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete security and safety operations of the site.
• Monitor and control all surveillance systems (CCTV, access control, etc.).
• Supervise and coordinate contract and in-house security guards.
• Ensure strict control over entry/exit of personnel, vehicles, and materials.
• Develop and manage systems for visitor entry, gate passes, and contractor access.
• Conduct surprise inspections including night visits.
• Maintain 0 theft, pilferage, or sabotage incidents at the site.
• Ensure compliance with PF/ESIC/Labour Laws through the security vendor.
• Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Admin teams for smooth operations.
• Liaise with police, hospitals, fire department, and local authorities during emergencies.
• Submit regular security reports and maintain documentation.
• Train and discipline the security team as per company standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience in industrial security management.
• Military or sports training preferred.
• Energetic, confident, and physically fit; non-smoker and non-drinker.
• Strong leadership and public speaking skills.
• Fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
• Excellent observation, investigation, and fact-finding skills.
• Knowledge of modern security systems, remote surveillance, and communication technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
