Job Title: Security Head Location: Pune. Job Type: Full-time Working Days: 6 days a week Travel Requirement: Frequent travel required (with own vehicle, petrol/ fuel allowance will be provided) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Security Head to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing security protocols across our operations. This is a senior leadership role that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel frequently. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to ensure the safety and security of employees, assets, and operations. 2. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential security threats. 3. Design and implement security protocols, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response plans. 4. Manage and supervise a team of security personnel. 5. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with security regulations. 6. Conduct investigations into security incidents and provide recommendations for improvement. 7. Develop and manage security budgets and resources. 8. Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Law Enforcement, or a related field. 2. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in security management, preferably in the mobility or transportation sector. 3. Proven track record of developing and implementing effective security strategies. 4. Excellent leadership and communication skills. 5. Ability to travel frequently (with own vehicle) and work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 7.
