Job Description: As a Security Guard at Troopers5 Security Systems, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment at assigned locations by preventing unauthorized access, monitoring surveillance equipment, and responding to potential threats. The ideal candidate should possess a keen sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Monitor premises through CCTV and other surveillance systems. Patrol designated areas to ensure safety and prevent any unauthorized activities. Control access to the premises, checking credentials and authorizing entry for employees and visitors. Ensure the security of the property, equipment, and people in your assigned area. Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly and effectively. Provide assistance to visitors and employees when necessary. Report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or potential security breaches to the management team. Perform regular checks of doors, windows, gates, and other entry points to ensure they are secured. Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures. Qualifications and Requirements: Only male candidates are preferred. Minimum 10th grade education (higher education preferred). Prior experience in security services is an advantage, but not required. Good physical condition and the ability to remain alert for extended periods. Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of additional local languages is a plus). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be reliable, punctual, and proactive. Ability to respond quickly to emergencies or incidents. Valid security guard certification (if applicable). Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
