Position: Security Guard

Location: Naruvi Hospital

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and security of patients, visitors, staff, and hospital property.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas through regular patrols and surveillance systems.
• Control access to the premises and verify visitor credentials as needed.
• Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms.
• Maintain detailed and accurate security logs, reports, and records.
• Assist with crowd management, patient guidance, and emergency evacuation support.
• Coordinate with hospital administration and emergency services when required.

Qualifications:

• Previous security experience; healthcare security experience is an advantage.
• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Familiarity with basic security protocols, emergency response, and incident reporting.
• Professional, reliable, and able to remain calm under pressure.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹26,455.64 per month
