Job Description: We are currently seeking responsible and vigilant Security Guards to join our hospital's security team at Craft Hospital Kodungallur Thrissur Kerala . As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, staff, and hospital property. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Age below 55. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons. Patrol hospital premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure doors, windows, and gates are secure. Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances. Assist hospital staff in managing disruptive individuals or emergency situations. Report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions. Maintain daily activity logs and incident reports. Ensure compliance with hospital safety and security protocols. Requirements: Good physical condition and alertness. Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. Basic communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience in security (preferred but not mandatory). Training or certification in security or first aid (a plus).
