Security Analyst

Job Overview:

Will lead the organizations end-to-end vulnerability identification, prioritization, remediation planning,

and patch compliance programs. The role involves direct coordination with cross-functional teams to

reduce security risk.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead internal/external vulnerability assessments across infra, endpoints, network, cloud, and

applications.

Manage Vulnerability Management tools (Qualys/Tenable).

Validate high-risk vulnerabilities and provide technical remediation guidance.

Conduct impact analysis and assess exploitability (Pwn/KEV/EPSS).

Manage patch cycles, scheduling, maintenance windows, and coordination.

Maintain dashboards, metrics, KPIs, KRI for management review.

Prepare monthly/quarterly vulnerability posture reports.

Improve scanning coverage and reduce false positives.

Support audits (ISO, SOC2, PCI, TPN, etc.).

Required Skills/Technologies/Tools:

Qualys VMDR / Nessus / Tenable

SCCM / Intune / WSUS / Linux Patch Repos

ITSM tools (Jira, ServiceNow)

Good to have Technologies/Tools:

SIEM, EDR tools knowledge.
