Procurement of Indirect Material (Capital & MRO) Required for Production, Operations & Maintenance required at Atit Ancillary Unit. Evaluate & Develop Supplier, New component with consistent quality, delivery & at competitive cost for various components required for Condensing Unit & Heat Pump, Flow Control Products. Work towards influencing suppliers to optimize quality, cost, manufacturability & sustainability. New Supplier & Component Development: Components Development at existing or New Suppliers Supplier Development Conduct eSourcing for Components Supplier Outreach from Supplier base horizon Work with Sales, Operations, Quality & Engineering team Implement engineering changes to maintain costs Integrate with Engineering for new designed parts to meet quality; cost requirements Supplier Performance Review Monitoring Supplier performance measurement Conduct Supplier Audits & Enhance Supplier Performance Ensure Corrective & Preventive Actions from Suppliers Evaluate Supplier Performance & monitor Improvement plans Minimize Plant Disruptions and Customer Risks Ensure Supply chain Capacity supporting demand plan Supply Chain Risk Mitigation Ensure Supply Chain Risk Mitigation Plan for All Risk/Impact Suppliers Evaluate back up Sourcing options Initiate alternate/additional Source & its Qualification Implement Risk Mitigation Projects Materials planning & Ordering & Scheduling: Prepare monthly Procurement Plan based on monthly Demand FSCT Work out Materials requirement plan (MRP, Min-Max, Manual). Based on Forecast, Workout Item-wise requirements using ASCP Workout Safety Stock Qty. are based on Per day Consumption Level. Daily tracking of Horizontal plan from ASCP ERP for parts Availability6. Prepare Monthly Schedule & day wise Material planning for Suppliers Review for revisions based on Demand revisions during month Prepare & release Purchase Order on Suppliers based on ASCP Daily Tracking supplier performance & receipts Procurement: On-Time Receipts of Raw material & Components Performance Review with suppliers as needed. Expediting with the supplier to ensure delivery schedules are adhered to get the material in time. Arrange transportation wherever needed & as per PO term. Monitor receipts to ensure On-Time Delivery as per Purchase orders. Material Cost Reduction Initiative Identify Cost Reduction Opportunities in Components & Process Accelerate & Implement Cost Reduction Programs MIS Reporting of Cost Impact on Components eSourcing & Negotiations with Suppliers for Cost Feedback to suppliers: Quality & Delivery Feedback To Supplier Communicate with suppliers for non-conforming material & demand CAPA Arrange for sorting, rework, disposal as per QA’s decision Inventory Management: Control of Item Inventory Reschedule planned procurement in case of change in production plan Maintain stocks as per requirements in Horizontal plan & safety stock.
