Job Responsibilities: Monitoring of production activity of assigned area. To maintain timelines for all concerned activity. To ensure completion of activities as per requirement. To ensure return of rejected and excess material is followed as per defined procedure. To allot and maintain activities of entire manpower working in area. To coordinate with all department i.e. with Q.C., Q.A., for activity related concerns, with PPMC related to decision on priority, with stores for procurement of material. To coordinate and synchronize product measurement within the department. To prepare monthly plan, MIS and WIP reports. To indent for materials and to ensure its availability. Checking of BMR as per validation recommendation and other related documentation. To indent for materials and to ensure its availability. To review SOP, FMEA, risk analysis, MBMR, Deviation, Validation Recommendation, Engineering batch recommendation, protocol and report. To review change control in track wise system. To ensure completion of planned manufacturing activity. Ensure Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) are followed in the department. Identify and report quality issues. Report accidents and unsafe conditions or unusual circumstances to reporting manager. Other duties, which may be assigned from time to time, by reporting manager.
