Looking for a skilled Secretary to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and meetings.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Perform other secretarial duties as assigned by the Managing Director.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
Strong organizational and time management skills are needed to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
