Keyskill-1. Assist and support Head / Reporting Manager by completing all the required activities in the given time frame so as to ensure smooth business transactions and meetings.
2. Assist Business Head in preparation for various meetings / presentations
3. Follow up on behalf of the Head to close various action points
4. Undertake various projects as assigned by the Head from time to time
5. Ability to quicky grasp & understand all Mahindra processes for seamless support & enablement
6. Coordination with all the departments & team based out of all locations for better functioning of team
7. Maintain data of contracts, agreements of consultants or any other important documents whenever required.
8. Keep track of various reviews, update status to the Head and seek intervention wherever required
9. Assist Head in calendar management, travel management, clearing bills etc.
10. Plan & facilitate Travel & other support as per business requirements
