Job Title:* Personal Assistant *Reports to:* [MD Sir/ HR Manager] *Job Summary:* We're seeking a highly organized, efficient, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to [Manager/Executive/Owner]. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, and performing various tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments 2. Candidate must have knowledge of Computer. World-Excel, Internet Friendly, Email drafting, Social media handling, Customer Support, Candidates will have no problem in going on out of town tours and meetings 3. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations 4. Make travel arrangements and bookings 5. Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) 6. Perform tasks with discretion and confidentiality 7. Provide general administrative support *Requirements:* 1. Excellent organizational and time management skills 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite 4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion 5.
