Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Mumbai and uttar pradesh The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients via phone calls, providing them with detailed information about our services, and addressing any inquiries they may have. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, maintaining customer records, following up on leads, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Experience in customer service or telecalling Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Communications or related field is a plus Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
