Role Description

This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist located in Haldwani, with the opportunity to work remotely on certain tasks. The SEO Specialist will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as conducting keyword research, analyzing website performance through SEO audits, optimizing on-page content, building quality backlinks, and utilizing web analytics tools to improve search engine rankings. Collaboration with a diverse team and staying updated with the latest SEO trends are integral to this position.

Qualifications

• Experience with Keyword Research and On-Page SEO optimization techniques
• Strong ability to perform SEO Audits and implement corresponding improvements
• Proficiency in Link Building strategies to improve domain authority
• Skilled in using Web Analytics tools to assess and optimize site performance
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research platforms
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience with SEO in real estate or a related industry would be a plus
