We’re looking for an SEO Specialist who lives in Search Console, thinks in keywords, and gets a little too happy when a graph goes up and to the right.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning end-to-end SEO strategy for our in-house and client brands.
• Doing keyword research that actually aligns with intent (not just dumping keywords into a sheet).
• Optimising blogs, landing pages, and websites for rankings, clicks, and conversions.
• Running technical SEO checks – site audits, Core Web Vitals, crawl issues, indexation, etc.
• Building clean, white-hat backlinks and keeping an eye on backlink health.
• Tracking rankings, traffic, and leads, and turning them into simple, clear reports.
• Working closely with our content, design, and performance teams to create SEO-led campaigns.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If

• You have 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience is a big plus).
• You’re comfortable with tools like GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush/Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• You understand on-page + technical + off-page SEO, not just one part of it.
• You can read data, spot patterns, and say “this is what we should do next”.
• You care about user experience, not just stuffing keywords.
• You’re proactive, organised, and love experimenting with new ideas.
