In this vital role, you will lead the formulation and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies, aimed at boosting organic search traffic, increasing website visibility, and stimulating lead generation for our business. Position - FulltimeTimings - 5pm IST to 2am ISTSalary - 30k to 35k Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to discover valuable target keywords, with the goal of optimizing search volume and reducing competition. Perform meticulous website audits to identify and address technical SEO issues, ensuring enhancements in site speed, mobile responsiveness, and the effective implementation of structured data. Elevate website content for targeted keywords to achieve the highest standards of quality and relevance, optimizing meta tags, headers, and on-page content to engage users fully. Forge and execute sophisticated link-building strategies, focusing on ethical practices such as HARO outreach, guest blogging, and niche edits to bolster our link profile. Apply local SEO tactics to enhance our visibility in specific geographic locations, crafting strategies that cater to local search queries and preferences. Utilize analytics and reporting tools, including Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Looker Studio, to track website performance, making data-driven decisions to refine SEO strategies. Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, best practices, and Google algorithm updates to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective. Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, web developers, and marketing specialists, to ensure a seamless and impactful SEO strategy. Qualifications: At least 3 years of proven experience in SEO or a closely related field, with a solid track record of successful SEO strategy development and execution. Comprehensive understanding of SEO principles and best practices, including in-depth knowledge of on-page optimization, technical SEO, and ethical link-building. Proficiency in keyword research and website analytics tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, Google Analytics), with experience in Looker Studio for data analysis and reporting. Exceptional communication skills, capable of succinctly conveying complex SEO strategies and results. Strong ability to work independently, managing multiple projects with outstanding time management and prioritization skills. Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to achieving measurable outcomes. Demonstrated experience with local SEO, understanding how to optimize for specific geographic markets effectively. Familiarity with EEAT (Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) principles, showcasing a commitment to maintaining high-quality content and website authority.
