🌐 SEO Internship – WOWIT Digital Location: Indore Office Duration: 3 Months Stipend: Performance-Based / Certificate + PPO Opportunity Start Date: Immediate 🧩 Summary of the Role As an SEO Intern at WOWIT Digital, you’ll be part of the Google Performance Marketing Division, working directly on live client projects that impact search visibility and organic traffic. You'll learn how SEO drives inbound growth and brand credibility while contributing to real deliverables like website audits, on-page optimization, and keyword strategies. Success in this role means mastering SEO fundamentals, using tools effectively, showing initiative, and contributing to measurable improvements in site traffic and rankings. This role plays a key part in WOWIT's client growth strategy and supports the agency's goal of delivering data-backed, high-performance marketing solutions. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover content and ranking opportunities Support on-page optimization efforts: metadata, headers, image alt texts, and internal linking Assist in executing technical SEO tasks like site audits, crawl error resolutions, and mobile usability checks Help manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP) for local SEO Collaborate with content writers to optimize blogs and web pages for target keywords Monitor and report SEO performance metrics via tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics Research and propose backlinking and content outreach strategies 🎯 What Success Looks Like You complete tasks proactively, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly You demonstrate basic-to-intermediate SEO knowledge within 4 weeks of joining You contribute to improving keyword rankings or organic traffic on at least one client project You show a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of mini-projects ✅ Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field Interest in SEO, search engines, and content discoverability Strong analytical and research skills Basic familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Ubersuggest, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console) is a plus Excellent written communication and a keen eye for detail Comfortable working independently and in team environments 🌟 Why Join WOWIT Digital?
