Role & responsibilities Keyword Research & Analysis Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, or SEMrush. Identify new keyword opportunities for content creation and optimization. On-Page SEO Optimization Optimize website content, meta tags (title, description), headers, and URLs. Support in content structuring and internal linking strategies. Content Assistance Assist in creating SEO-friendly content for blogs, landing pages, and other web assets. Conduct competitor content analysis for topic suggestions and improvements. Technical SEO Support Perform basic technical audits (e.g., broken links, crawl errors, sitemap issues). Collaborate with developers to fix minor technical issues affecting SEO. Analytics & Reporting Monitor website traffic and rankings using Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports. Backlink Strategy Support Assist in link-building campaigns through outreach, guest blogging, and directory submissions. Competitor Analysis Track and analyze competitors SEO performance, keywords, and backlink strategies. SEO Tools Usage Learn and use SEO tools like Yoast, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar platforms. Stay Updated with SEO Trends Regularly follow industry blogs and updates (e.g., Google algorithm changes, SEO best practices).
