💡 Key Responsibilities

As our SEO Strategist, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of organic search performance, including:

1. On-Page Optimization:

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value opportunities.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and internal linking structures for maximum organic visibility.
• Ensure content is optimized for user intent and search engine quality guidelines.

1. Local SEO & GMB Dominance:

• Develop and execute strategies to dramatically improve

  Google My Business (GMB) rankings

  for our clients in specific local regions.
• Manage GMB profiles, post updates, respond to reviews, and ensure accurate citation management.

1. Quality Off-Page SEO (Backlinking):

• Plan and implement high-quality, ethical link-building strategies to increase Domain Authority (DA) and referral traffic.
• Perform competitive backlink analysis and identify key link gap opportunities.

1. Technical SEO Audits & Implementation:

• Perform in-depth technical SEO audits covering site architecture, site speed (Core Web Vitals), crawlability, and indexation issues.
• Work with development teams to implement technical fixes, including schema markup and improved site performance.

1. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

• Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party SEO platforms to track performance, diagnose issues, and report on campaign ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience managing end-to-end SEO campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
• Expert proficiency with essential SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
• Deep understanding of algorithm updates, ranking factors, and white-hat SEO best practices.
• Proven track record of improving GMB rankings and generating local leads.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

Bonus Skills (A Major Plus!)

• AI SEO Fluency:

  Experience using AI content generation, clustering, or optimization tools to scale SEO efforts (e.g., using AI for micro-blogging, title generation, or data analysis).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to crawling and indexing.

  12,000-20,000/month
