Job Title / Designation: TERRITORY SALES MANAGER The Territory Sales Manager will lead the territory-level sales efforts, focusing on sourcing and managing potential leads for Seamedu s programs. This role includes developing partnerships with schools, coaching classes, and colleges, and ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads to the telesales and counseling teams. The Manager will work remotely but is expected to travel to institutions as per an approved plan. Job Description : Identify and build relationships with schools, coaching classes, and colleges to source databases of prospective students. Plan, submit, and execute travel schedules for meeting target institutions, subject to approval by the Sales Head. Collect, organize, and pass relevant student data to the telesales team for prequalification. Monitor the performance of telesales executives and counselors, ensuring they meet prequalification and conversion targets. Conduct regular team meetings to motivate and guide the team toward achieving their goals. Track and report on KPIs, including lead generation, prequalification rates, and admissions conversions. Coordinate with the Sales Head for strategy alignment and team performance updates. Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required : 3-5 years Location(s) of Job : Remote(expected to travel to institutions as per an approved plan) Minimum Education Requirements: Graduate/Masters Any Other Skill Set: Bachelor s or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in sales, with a preference for education or service sectors. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to manage and motivate a team remotely. Willingness to travel extensively within the state. Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite
