Job Title / Designation: TELE SALES EXECUTIVE The Telesales Executive will focus on prequalifying leads sourced. This role is critical in the lead conversion funnel and ensures only high-potential leads are passed to the counseling team. Job Description: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents based on the database provided by the State Sales Manager. Explain Seamedu s programs and assess student interest and eligibility. Prequalify leads by gathering key information such as academic background, career interests, and program fit. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system. Pass qualified leads to the counseling team for further nurturing and conversion. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead qualification. Provide feedback to the State Sales Manager on the quality of sourced databases. Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required : 1-3 years Location(s) of Job : Remote Minimum Education Requirements: Graduate Any Other Skill Set: Bachelor s degree or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience in telesales or a related field. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
