Job Title / Designation: FACULTY - SOUND ENGINEERING We are seeking a passionate and skilled academic professional in Sound Engineering and Music Production to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in digital audio techniques, sound editing, and core concepts of sound, along with expertise in music production. The candidate will be responsible for mentoring students, developing curriculum, and contributing to the academic and creative environment of the institution. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver courses on Live and Studio Equipment, Digital Audio as well as Fundamentals of Audio, and Music Production. Guide students through the entire process of music creation including composition, arrangement, and production techniques. Arrange engaging sound engineering workshops, leveraging industry connections. Maintain academic documentation in accordance with institutional and university standards. Participate in regular teaching evaluations and attend training programs as required to improve pedagogical skills. Specific Skill Set : Strong working knowledge and experience of Studio Recording Music Mixing Signal Processing knowledge On location sound recording & 5.1 mixing Software: Pro Tools, Nuendo, Waves Bundles, etc. Excellent Communicator & basic computer knowledge (MS Office - Excel, word & PowerPoint) Time management and follow-up skills Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in experience in sound engineering or music production. Any other skill set: Proficiency in Pro Tools, Ableton, Logic, or any other digital audio tools. Expertise in music production software and tools. Familiarity with MS Office applications.
