Job Description

Sales Development Representative We are seeking a Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the sales team. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including outbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting: Generate and nurture leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, scheduling meetings for the Sales team. Campaign Management: Leverage campaign tools to send targeted cold emails to segmented audiences. Lead Generation: Conduct independent research and LinkedIn prospecting while maintaining CRM accuracy. Target Achievement: Consistently book 3-4 demos per week, meeting and exceeding set targets. Relationship Management: Build and maintain prospect relationships through timely follow-ups. Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities. Who were looking for: Any Bachelors degree, along with 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication. Demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong aptitude for learning. Proficiency in sales prospecting tools such as Lusha and Klenty, with the ability to leverage them for lead generation. Experience with LinkedIn campaigns and digital marketing strategies to identify and nurture potential leads. Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM Software functioning is a must. Experience in the SaaS or Mobile Apps industry preferred. Prior experience with FMCG clients is a plus.
