SDET- Test Automation UCaaS and CCaaS

About the Platform
Voice Services delivers AI-enhanced UCaaS and CCaaS with deep Microsoft Teamsintegration. Ensuring high-quality voice, video, and messaging performance isessential to the platform s reliability.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automated test suites for backend and frontend services
Validate SIP/RTP voice flows and AI features such as transcription and sentiment
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Execute regression, performance, and security testing
Collaborate with developers and product managers to define testing strategies

Qualifications

4-8 years of experience in test automation or QA engineering
Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript for test scripting
Hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium, JUnit, Postman, or RestAssured
Familiarity with VoIP testing and cloud-native environments
Understanding of compliance testing and audit validation
