Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks. Automate test cases for functional, regression, security and performance testing. Ensure automation scripts cover end-to-end scenarios for payments, loans, onboarding, and transactions. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing. Perform manual testing for areas where automation is not feasible, including exploratory, usability, and ad hoc testing. Validate critical functionalities like transaction accuracy, reconciliation, and reporting. Collaborate with product managers and developers to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria. Design and document test plans, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements. Identify, log, and track defects using tools like Jira or similar. Work with developers to reproduce issues and ensure timely resolution. Create detailed test reports and dashboards to communicate results to stakeholders. Maintain up-to-date documentation for testing processes, frameworks, and tools. Evaluate and implement new tools and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency. Review peer code and mentor juniors in the team. Stay updated with industry trends in manual and automation testing practices. Qualification: Bachelor s or master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in manual and automation testing. Experience in Product based Fintech Skills: Proficient in automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium. Solid understanding of programming languages like Java, Python or JavaScript. Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies, test case design, and execution. Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or similar. Proficiency with bug-tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub actions, GitLabs CI Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
