We are looking for a passionate SDE-1/SDE-2 - Java Developer to join our team. As an entry-level/Mid Level Software Development Engineer, you will work with experienced developers and contribute to building high-performance, scalable, and reliable applications. Essential Job Functions Application Development: Write, test, and deploy high-quality Java code for our applications, focusing on performance, scalability, and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and improve existing functionality. Problem-Solving Debugging: Diagnose and resolve issues in production and development environments, ensuring minimal disruption. Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and share knowledge with the team. Software Lifecycle Participation: Engage in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment. Follow agile methodologies, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Java development and bring innovative ideas to the team. Contribute to documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing within the team. Education Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience: 5-8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java and understanding of OOP principles. Familiarity with frameworks like Spring or Hibernate is a plus. Basic understanding of databases (eg, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and web technologies (eg, REST APIs). Knowledge of version control systems like Git Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively within a team.
