!! URGENT HIRING !! RECEPTIONIST cum COSMETOLOGY TECHNICIAN !! FOR A WELL KNOWN COSMETOLOGY & PLASTIC SURGERY CLINIC IN KHARADI, PUNE !! Require a Female, age group 18 - 35 yrs, Fresher or experienced, for full time 10 am to 8.30 pm Monthly Salary 16000 - 20000 rs depending on experience + Incentives as per discussion Key Responsibilities demeanor in the clinic Manage daily front office operations, including scheduling appointments, answering calls, and handling inquiries Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality Assist and perform cosmetic procedures like laser hair removal, mesotherapy, microneedling etc Assist Surgeon/ doctor in in-clinic minor procedures Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow Handle billing and payments, providing excellent customer service Qualifications: • Prior experience as a receptionist, cosmetic clinic technician in a medical or aesthetic clinic • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Proficiency in using office management software and computer systems • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment • A friendly and approachable attitude with a focus on patient care
