Description
You will play a crucial role as a Digital Services Scrum Master at Xerox Holdings Corporation, supporting a cross-functional product team in adopting and maintaining Agile practices. Your responsibilities will include facilitating various Scrum ceremonies, removing blockers, tracking team progress using Azure DevOps, and fostering a collaborative engineering environment. This role is ideal for early-career professionals passionate about Agile methodology and seeking growth opportunities. Responsibilities: - Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives - Support backlog grooming and sprint goal alignment with the Product Owner - Remove or escalate impediments that hinder team progress - Maintain sprint boards and team artifacts in Azure DevOps - Promote team accountability, continuous improvement, and Agile values - Track sprint metrics (velocity, burn-down charts) and communicate insights with stakeholders - Cultivate a safe and inclusive team environment that encourages collaboration and transparency - Coordinate cross-time-zone communication, primarily between the US and India Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, or related field - 02 years of experience working on Agile software development teams (intern, analyst, QA, or junior role) - Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum concepts - Strong communication and organizational skills - Familiarity with Azure DevOps Boards or similar tools (Jira, Trello) - Preferred Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) - Bonus: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification Learn more about Xerox Holdings Corporation at www.xerox.com.
