Job Description

Serve as the Scrum Master for a international GenAI project team consisting of 18+ members Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Coordinate with international project teams, ensuring seamless communication and integration across different time zones. Present project updates, progress reports, and performance metrics to C-level management. Utilize Confluence and Jira for project management, documentation, and tracking. Drive the adoption and implementation of GenAI technologies within the project. Essential Skills: Proven track record as a Scrum Master in previous projects. Experience managing international projects and working with diverse, cross-functional teams. Strong presentation and reporting skills, with experience in communicating with C-level executives. Hands-on experience with GenAI technologies. Proficiency in using Confluence and Jira for project management and documentation. Good to Have: Certification in Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM).
