Job Description

The position We are looking for experienced Scrum Master Manager to lead teams, drive process improvements, and ensure successful project delivery to meet the demands of an expanding team and product. You will be joining the team at a time of change and will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our agile journey in collaboration with talented colleagues in product and development teams. You will work alongside development teams to ensure the agreed process is followed and runs smoothly, making modifications as and when necessary to achieve continuous improvement. Required Key skills: Seeking an experienced Scrum Master Manager to lead agile teams, drive process improvements, and ensure successful project delivery Demonstrable in-depth experience in a scrum master role. Familiarity with software development processes/projects Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, backlog refinement, facilitation of scrum ceremonies) Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks Excellent communication and leadership skills Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability Ability to coach teams in adopting and adapting scrum to their context. Key Responsibilities: Manage sprint scope and timeline Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups Coach team members in Agile frameworks Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration Work with product owner and business analyst to handle backlogs and new requests Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur Help teams implement changes effectively Guide development teams to higher process maturity Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it Nice to have: Scrum master certification is an added advantage.
