Job Description

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives while promoting Agile principles and ensuring Scrum adherence. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines while maintaining the product backlog. Provide strong technical guidance in programming languages, frameworks, and databases to support the team's decision-making. Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high-quality code, adherence to standards, and implementation of best practices. Promote continuous integration and deployment to automate build, testing, and release processes for smooth development workflows. Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges while proactively solving technical issues. Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, product owners, and stakeholders. Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and address performance improvement areas for team members. Encourage a culture of innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, productivity, and software quality.
