Scrum Master

You are a seasoned Scrum Master with 8-10 years of experience, responsible for leading Agile teams in delivering high-impact software solutions. Your role involves facilitating various Scrum ceremonies, guiding and coaching teams on best practices, removing impediments, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Collaboration with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders is crucial to ensure Agile principles are upheld and business goals are efficiently met. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. - Guide and coach Agile teams on best practices, self-organization, and cross-functionality. - Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Collaborate with Product to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog. - Track and communicate team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to stakeholders. - Promote Agile values and principles across the organization. - Support the adoption of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) as needed. - Mentor junior Scrum Masters and contribute to Agile community of practice. - Ensure alignment between business goals and team deliverables. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. - 8-10 years of experience in Agile project delivery, with at least 8 years as a dedicated Scrum Master. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). - Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. - Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps). - Ability to manage multiple teams or large-scale Agile programs. Preferred Qualifications: - Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification. - Experience in scaled Agile environments (SAFe). - Background in software development or technical project management. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.,
