The ideal candidate will serve as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator for Scrum teams, ensuring Agile principles are upheld while driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Act as a servant leader and Agile coach for one or more Scrum teams. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective). Help the team remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a clear and well prioritized backlog. Shield the team from external distractions and ensure focus on sprint goals. Track and manage team performance metrics, ensuring visibility and transparency. Promote Agile best practices and Lean thinking across the organization. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to align best practices. Encourage a culture of ownership, self organization, and accountability. Qualifications Skills: 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS). Experience in coaching teams on Agile principles and methodologies. Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally, etc.). Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
