Job Description: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Ops, PMO) Identify inefficiencies in the current SDLC process and recommend improvements Ensure alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations Guide teams in adopting Agile & Scrum best practices in Azure DevOps Oversee end-to-end migration (timelines, budgets, risks) Ensure teams understand and use Azure Boards effectively for backlog management Design the Azure DevOps environment (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans) Track velocity, sprint burndown, cycle time, and lead time in Azure DevOps Map JIRA workflows to Azure Boards and customize process templates Conduct workshops for PMs, developers, and testers Address resistance and drive adoption Promote best practices (branching strategies, PR reviews)
