Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile transformation and lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, with expertise in Scrum and SAFe frameworks, and experience managing stakeholders in complex enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. Guide Product Owners in backlog management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximum value delivery. Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing Agile best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, DevSecOps, and business stakeholders, to remove impediments and ensure smooth project execution. Implement risk management frameworks to mitigate project risks and ensure timely and on-budget delivery. Lead Agile transformation initiatives, coaching teams on Agile principles and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Utilize tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps to track progress, analyze sprint metrics, and enhance visibility into project workflows. Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to communicate project progress and ensure strategic alignment. Key Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in Agile project management, with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master. Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe frameworks. Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps. Proven ability to optimize sprint cycle times, backlog prioritization, and team performance. Experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team leadership. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills. Background in SAP project implementations is a plus. Certified Scrum Master (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent) preferred Notice Period - Immediate joiners only (1 week or less).
