Scrum Master

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master at LiveLike, you will play a key role in facilitating Agile practices, ensuring smooth project delivery, and empowering teams to work efficiently and effectively. You will act as a servant leader, guiding cross-functional teams through the agile process while removing any obstacles that hinder progress. Key Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. Act as a coach and mentor for team members to ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices. Remove obstacles and resolve issues that may impede the team s progress or success. Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define and refine project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities. Ensure that the team follows Scrum processes and meets deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team and across the organization. Track and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders. Help the team adapt to changes in scope or timelines, ensuring successful project delivery. Support and promote cross-functional collaboration and transparency within the team. Qualifications: 4-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly preferred. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex software development projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to foster a collaborative, results-driven environment. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar. Preferred Qualifications: Background in software development or technical projects is a plus. Experience in the media, entertainment, or sports industries is a bonus.
