Key Skills required: Typical Experience: Total 4-9 years in IT with 3-6 years of experience in managing projects through the entire lifecycle. Hands on experience as Scrum Master/ Agile Project Manager for at least for 3-4 years. Hands on experience in Software Life Cycle (SDLC), waterfall, hybrid and agile projects Experience in using Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean Agile frameworks. Experience in Project Management tools such as JIRA, ADO etc. SAFe/ CSM / PSM equivalent certification. Bachelors in Engineering / MBA. PMP certification, Agile or SAFe certification preferred. The experience in applying a wide variety of well-documented patterns and techniques to enhance the Scrum approach (e.g. Estimation Techniques, progress visualization techniques, retrospective formats, approaches for handling bugs , etc.).
