Job Description Scrum Master- Responsibilities * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. * Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time. * Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices. * Work with the Product Owner to prioritize the product backlog. * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, Backlog grooming and sprint retrospective. Preferred skills and qualifications: * General conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying. * Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). * SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus. * Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello. * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master. * Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
