Scrum Master

Your future duties and responsibilities

CGI is looking for highly skilled and certified Scrum Master with PMP certification and at least 5 years of experience in leading Agile teams and managing complex projects. The ideal candidate will drive Agile best practices, facilitate sprint ceremonies, and ensure smooth coordination between cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
Key Responsibilities: Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Work closely with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and prioritize deliverables. Identify and remove impediments to ensure team efficiency and productivity. Support teams in adopting Agile and continuous improvement practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to track progress, manage risks, and deliver high-quality outcomes. Utilize PMP methodologies to align Agile delivery with overall project management goals. Provide clear and timely communication regarding project status, risks, and issues. Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and project management best practices.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in an Agile environment. PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) is mandatory. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. Proven ability to manage multiple teams or projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills. Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
