Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Ensure teams adhere to Agile principles and Scrum best practices. Coach and mentor team members on Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.). Identify and remove impediments to team progress. Work closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. Track sprint progress using Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.) and provide insights. Promote cross-functional coordination between development, QA, and business stakeholders. Ensure alignment of deliverables with business goals and objectives. Drive Agile maturity assessments and implement improvements. Notice Period 15 days
