Primary Responsibilities: Assist sales teams in lead generation, prospecting, and qualification. Research and identify potential customers, industries, and market trends. Make outbound calls and send targeted emails to prospective clients. Schedule meetings and demos for sales representatives. Update sales database (CRM) with accurate and timely information. Participate in sales meetings, product demos, and training sessions. Provide sales support for trade shows, events, and conferences. Secondary Responsibilities: Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Help develop sales collateral, such as brochures, case studies, and presentations. Assist in creating and maintaining sales reports and dashboards. Collaborate with marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies. Learn and demonstrate knowledge of our software products and services. Requirements: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong phone and email etiquette. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., (link unavailable)) is a plus. Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to learn and grow. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of IT software industry or related field. Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, Challenger Sales).
