This role requires expertise in both configuring and customizing the system (functional) and developing and troubleshooting technical aspects (technical), such as reports, interfaces, and extensions, Workflow. They act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions and ensuring the smooth operation of the SCM & EAM processes within the Oracle system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Functional Expertise: Understanding and configuring Oracle SCM & EAM modules like Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Cost Management, Sourcing and EAM.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle technologies such as PL/SQL, SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow, and potentially Java, or other relevant languages.
• Solution Design & Implementation: Analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing them within the Oracle EBS or Cloud environment.
• Integration: Working with other modules and systems, potentially through APIs, web services, or other integration methods.
• Testing & Support: Creating test plans, conducting testing, and providing post-implementation support to users.
• Communication & Collaboration: Effectively communicating with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
•  Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues related to the Oracle SCM & EAM modules and integrations.
• Training: Providing training to end-users on Oracle SCM & EAM functionality.

Skills:

• Order Management (OM): Understanding the order-to-cash process, creating and managing sales orders, and configuring order management workflows.
• Inventory (INV): Managing inventory levels, performing inventory transactions, and configuring inventory controls.
• Purchasing (PO): Creating and managing purchase orders, receiving goods, and managing supplier relationships.
• Cost Management: Managing product costs, performing cost accounting, and analyzing cost variances.
• Shipping: Managing shipments, generating shipping documents, and tracking shipments.
• Advanced Pricing: Configuring pricing rules and managing price lists.
• EAM: Configuring and customizing Oracle EAM modules (e.g., work orders, preventive maintenance, asset tracking) to meet specific business requirements
